Als (Senior) Consultant (m/w/d) SAP Digital Manufacturing unterstützen Sie unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden bei der Integration und Synchronisation der Geschäfts- und Produktionsebene (M2M), um das volle Potenzial von Digital Manufacturing und Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) auszuschöpfen. Ihre wertvollen Vorerfahrungen in der Fertigungsplanung und/ oder zu Fertigungsprozessen nützen Ihnen unter anderem bei folgenden Tätigkeiten:

Durchführung von Beratungs- und Implementierungsprojekten von SAP Manufacturing Lösungen bei unseren Kunden aus der diskreten Fertigung und Prozessindustrie
Verantwortung für die Konzeption und Umsetzung von Architekturen auf Basis von SAP Digital Manufacturing Lösungen (SAP DM, SAP MII, SAP ME, SAP PCo)
Durchführung von Vorstudien (Discovery Phase) und Erstellung von Integrations-Konzepten, Prozess-Integrationen (v.a. SAP EWM, ePP/DS, S/4HANA) und End2End Solution Architekturen
Übernahme der Integration von Maschinen, Anlagen und anderen Systemen in der Produktion
Erstellung eigener Lösungserweiterungen gemeinsam im Team
Beteiligung an Pre-Sales Aktivitäten in enger Abstimmung mit dem Bereich Sales
Teilnahme an SAP-Schulungen zum Auf- und Ausbau Ihrer Fachkenntnisse

Was Sie mitbringen...

Als durchsetzungsfähiger, zielstrebiger Teamplayer mit ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten, systematischer/ analytischer Arbeitsweise und Hands-On-Mentalität bringen Sie außerdem Folgendes mit:

Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder in einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung, alternativ eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung oder Betreuung von Fertigungsprozessen oder in der Fertigungsplanung
Sie sind auf dem Shopfloor zu Hause und die Begriffe Lean Manufacturing und MES sind Ihnen geläufig
Gute Kenntnisse in SAP-Anwendungen im Produktionsumfeld (z.B. SAP DM, ME, MII oder SAP PP, QM, WM, PM und/oder TM)
Erfahrung in der Anwendung webbasierter Applikationen wie beispielsweise HTML, JSP, XSLT, XML, JavaScript, JAVA und/oder SAPUI5
Begeisterung dafür, durch innovative Konzepte die Fertigung zu digitalisieren
Bereitschaft zu mehrtägigen Dienstreisen (ca. 20%)
Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch sowie konversationssichere Englischkenntnisse ODER: Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und konversationssichere Deutschkenntnisse

Your mission

As a (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) SAP Digital Manufacturing you will support our national and international customers in the integration and synchronisation of the business and production level (M2M) in order to exploit the full potential of Digital Manufacturing and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Your valuable previous experience in production planning and/or manufacturing processes will benefit you in the following activities, among others:

Conduct consulting and implementation projects of SAP Manufacturing solutions for our customers in the discrete manufacturing and process industries.
Responsibility for the design and implementation of architectures based on SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions (SAP DM, SAP MII, SAP ME, SAP PCo)
Execution of preliminary studies (discovery phase) and creation of integration concepts, process integrations (especially SAP EWM, ePP/DS, S/4HANA) and End2End solution architectures
Taking over the integration of machines, plants and other systems in production
Creation of own solution extensions together in the team
Participation in pre-sales activities in close coordination with the sales department
Participation in SAP training courses to build up and expand your expertise

Your profile

As an assertive, determined team player with strong communication skills, a systematic/analytical way of working and a hands-on mentality, you also have the following qualifications, skills and mindset:

Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or in a comparable field of study, alternatively a comparable completed professional training
Several years of experience in the development or support of manufacturing processes or in production planning
You are 'at home' on the shop floor and are familiar with the terms 'Lean Manufacturing' and 'MES'
Good knowledge of SAP applications in the production environment (e.g. SAP DM, ME, MII or SAP PP, QM, WM, PM and/or TM)
Experience in the use of web-based applications such as HTML, JSP, XSLT, XML, JavaScript, JAVA and/or SAPUI5
Enthusiasm for digitising production through innovative concepts
Willingness to travel for several days at a time (approx. 20%)
Very good knowledge of German and conversational English OR: Very good knowledge of English and conversational German
